Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Reflection By Asmat. Below is our shipping policy for orders across Pakistan.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 3 PM are typically processed the same day (Mon–Sat).
  • Orders placed after 3 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Karachi: Same day or next working day (subject to courier coverage).
  • Other Cities (Pakistan): Usually 2–5 working days, depending on location and courier routes.

Note: Delivery windows are estimates. Weather, operational backlogs, or special promotions may cause delays.

Shipping Methods & Charges

  • Tracked delivery via reputable courier partners.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout or confirmed over WhatsApp for manual orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide (limits may apply for remote areas).

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking ID/link will be shared once your order is dispatched.
  • If you don’t receive tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us.

Address Changes

If you need to modify your delivery address, contact us before dispatch. Once handed to the courier, rerouting may not be possible or may incur extra charges.

Undeliverable & Missed Deliveries

  • If a delivery is missed, the courier will usually attempt redelivery or contact you.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed attempts may be reshipped after additional shipping payment.

Packaging & Inspection

All parcels are sealed and packed with care. Please inspect your package at delivery. If it appears tampered with, refuse the parcel and notify us immediately.

International Shipping

At present, we primarily ship within Pakistan. For special international requests, contact us and we’ll try to assist.
