Orders
All orders placed through our website, WhatsApp, or in-store are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and card payments where available. Payments must be completed in full before dispatch, except COD orders.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times vary by location: Karachi same/next day, other cities 2–5 working days. Delays due to courier issues or force majeure events are beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Unworn items in original packaging with tags may be exchanged within the policy window. For hygiene reasons, panties and certain intimate items may not be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Product Care
Please follow care instructions provided with products. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or handling.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and designs are the property of Reflection By Asmat and may not be used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Reflection By Asmat shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or service interruptions.
