7-Day Return & Exchange Window
You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain intimate products such as panties and select lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged. These exceptions will be clearly stated on product pages.
Return Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Refunds
